They say location is everything, And that i'd have to agree here. The place alone is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, as well as location was awesome, but it surely's just within the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain far too much, but basically the windows had been all really in need of replacement, as were being the doors, the trim, much of the household furniture, and so on.

I loved that there were 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO great for adults who want to travel jointly. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not hire it again or advise it to a colleague.
